COURIER COVER from Mishmar HaNegev in the hinterland of Beer Sheva, 10km away, (beseiged until Oct. 21, 1948) franked with 10m Palestine stamps (valid at the time of posting) carried by couriers and posted in Tel Aviv on June 11, 1948, and marked ther with "T". Addressed to "Kibutz Cesarea, Sdot Yam, Post Hadera". In Hadera 20m postage due applied, and cancelled "HADERA M.O.", July 14, 1948. Only known courier letter from Mishmat HaNegev, and one of 2 known postal uses of the HADERA M.O postmark. Rough condition. Photo. Estimated Value $350
