VIENNA PICTURE POSTCARD 1901 sent to Jerusalem with 5h franking, with "Printed Matter" instruction, not accepted by Austrian Post, and for this reason a "T" tax marking was applied and missing postage collected on arrival in cash by "T5" manuscript blue crayon, with Jerusalem arrival postmark.
